Neighborhood Trust
Brand Identity

Neighborhood Trust is a large federal credit union in New York City that needed a complete rebranding to establish the organization in a new location. Neighborhood Trust needed a mark that would inspire trust and confidence, and set them apart from competitors. The company also needed an identity program that incorporates two sub-brands—a federal credit union and financial partners - united under a single identity. 

Leandra Tidwell, working with creative director Rocco Piscatello and the team at Piscatello Design Centre, designed a new identity mark that visually represents how community is built on trust by placing an N on top of a T. The logo is built from a grid of squares, invoking a feeling of robustness, solidity, and trustworthiness. The red and black palette communicates strength and confidence. The blue secondary color gives the program a feeling of friendliness and approachability.
